Tasty Burger Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Burger Buns
- 500g Ground Beef Or chicken for a lighter version
- 1/2 Cup Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Cheese Slices Optional
- Lettuce Leaves
- Tomato Slices
- Pickles Optional
- Ketchup
- Mustard Sauce

Prepare the Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground
beef, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, black
pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Shape the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 portions and
shape each portion into a patty.

Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high
heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they
reach your desired doneness. Add a cheese slice on top during the
last minute of cooking, if desired.

Prepare the Buns: Slice the burger buns in half. Toast the
buns lightly on a skillet or in the oven for extra crunch.

Assemble the Burger: Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom
half of each bun. Add a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty,
tomato slices, and pickles (if using).

Serve: Place the top half of the bun over the assembled
ingredients. Serve immediately with your favorite side!
